Charles Rixey is an American veteran based in Frisco, Texas. He is a self-identified member of the Decentralized Radical Autonomous Search Team Investigating COVID-19 (DRASTIC).[1]
¶ History
Rixey worked for 15 years as an active duty member of the United States Marine Corps from April 2004 - August 2018, including work in support of the United States Department of State.[1:1]
¶ COVID-19
Rixey briefly worked as a consultant for Children's Health Defense (CHD), assisting in research and writing for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s book, The Wuhan Cover-Up.[2]
