The Good Health Pass Collaborative (GHPC) is a global public-private initiative led by ID2020.
The initiative's homepage features Tony Blair, credited as Executive Chairman of the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.[1]
The Good Health Pass Collaborative was launched on February 9, 2021 by ID2020 “to encourage interoperability between the COVID-19 health credentialing solutions being developed by numerous organizations.”[2]
On August 1, 2021, the GHPC published an “Interoperability Blueprint” for developing and deploying a “Good Health Pass.”[3] The document describes compatibility requirements for other vaccine passport ecosystems and protocols, including:
GHPC works closely with the Trust Over IP Foundation (ToIP), a subsidiary of the Linux Foundation working within a framework provided by the Joint Development Foundation.[4]
