Richard Ford is a business executive based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area of Florida. He is the founder of Stemwav[1] and former Chief Executive Officer of International Health Brands and its subsidiaries Rebel Lion and Zelenko Labs.[2]
Ford attended St. Paul's School in Sao Paulo, Brazil from August 1974 to May 1988. He completed a Bachelor of Science, Economics & Finance at Bentley University from 1988-1991. From 1994-1995, Ford studied for a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Henley Business School.[3]
Ford worked for DeRoyal from December 2014 to December 2020.[2:1]
On May 18, 2020, Ford completed a course called "COVID-19 Contact Tracing" through the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.[4] He served as a voting system technician for the Broward County Government during the 2020 United States presidential election in November 2020.[5]
According to Ford's LinkedIn profile, he received a dose of the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine in March 2021 and a "booster" dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in October 2021. He received multiple microcredentials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in November 2021.[6]
In December 2021, Ford joined Zelenko Labs as CEO, followed by International Health Brands in February 2022. He incorporated a branch of IHB in Florida on March 1, 2023.[7] He also became manager of Rebel Lion in April 2023. He left these positions in July 2023.[2:2]
Starting in August 2023, Ford has served as volunteer member of the speaker's bureau for Operation Underground Railroad.[5:1]
In October 2023, Ford participated in a disaster response exercise called Operation Convergent 2023, simulating the "very real possibility of runway mishaps, or a 'runway incursion'" at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.[5:2][8]
